高源印刷股份有限公司承諾遵循Core Labour Requirement,制定以下政策並遵守:
承諾不使用童工
- 對人力聘僱單位進行預防培訓,加強人員對「禁用童工政策」的理解。
- 在聘用員工之前,應核實其年齡。
- 如發現誤用童工情形,應立即將該名童工帶離工作場所,協助該童工與家人會面,以確保童工安全,並調查招募流程中存在的問題,立即採取矯正預防措施。
禁止強迫勞動
- 尊重員工行動自由,禁止強迫勞動及超時加班,員工在合理通知下有自由離職的權利。
- 建立符合法令之工時管理,管理和控制員工的工作時間與休息休假。
- 提供符合法令之報酬及待遇,包括最低薪資、有薪休假及法定福利,禁止以扣薪作為懲戒處份。
- 禁止任何形式之騷擾,包括性騷擾、虐待、體罰、身體或精神脅迫或口頭辱罵及威脅行為。
- 禁止扣留員工任何個人身分證明文件。
禁止就業和職業歧視,不因員工的人種、膚色、年齡、性別、性取向、性別認同和性別表達、種族或民族、殘疾、懷孕、宗教信仰、政治傾向、身份(工會/退伍軍人)或婚姻狀況等在發放工資、升遷、獎勵、培訓機會等聘用或僱用行為中歧視員工。
尊重並保護員工之言論自由、集會自由、結社及集體談判之權益
- 公司不干涉亦不資助合法組織的工會。
- 提供多元溝通管道,維持勞資和諧。
- 提供安全的工作環境,並建立防範措施。

KAOYIAN Color Printing Co., Ltd. is committed to complying with the Core Labor Requirement, formulating the following policies and complying with them:
Commitment not to use child labor :
- Conduct prevention training for human resources hiring units to enhance staff’s understanding of the “prohibition of child labor policy”.
- The age of employees should be verified before hiring them.
- If misuse of child labor is discovered, the child worker should be removed from the workplace immediately and assisted in meeting with his family to ensure the safety of the child worker. Problems in the recruitment process should be investigated and corrective and preventive measures should be taken immediately.
Prohibition of forced labor :
- We respect employees’ freedom of movement and prohibit forced labor and overtime work. Employees have the right to leave their jobs freely with reasonable notice.
- Establish working hours management that complies with laws and regulations, and manage and control employees’ working hours, breaks and vacations.
- Provide remuneration and benefits that comply with the law, including minimum wages, paid leave and statutory benefits, and prohibiting salary deductions as disciplinary sanctions.
- Any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, abuse, corporal punishment, physical or mental coercion, or verbal abuse and threatening behavior, is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to withhold any personal identification documents from employees.
Discrimination in employment and occupation is prohibited without regard to an employee's race, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race or national origin, disability, pregnancy, religious belief, political affiliation, status (union/veteran) or Marital status, etc. discriminate against employees in recruitment or employment activities such as salary payment, promotion, rewards, training opportunities, etc.
Respect and protect employees’ rights to freedom of expression, assembly, association and collective bargaining :
- The company does not interfere with or sponsor legally organized labor unions.
- Provide multiple communication channels to maintain labor-management harmony.
- Provide a safe working environment and establish preventive measures.
